Access to on-demand shows and movies with the Mometu app, now available to millions of VIZIO users
Mometu, a free video-on-demand and live TV streaming service, is now available on VIZIO, bringing the brand’s unique film and TV catalog to one of the country’s best-selling smart TV brands.
VIZIO users have round-the-clock access to Mometu’s 50,000-plus hours of classic, international, and independent titles, all for free. Highlights include series favorites “The Beverly Hillbillies” and “The Tales of Wells Fargo”, cult classics “Stalag 17” and “Halloween”, international hits, such as “The Policeman’s Lineage” as well as many independent films and festival winners.
Availability on VIZIO continues Mometu’s expansion, where it is fast becoming the go-to service for niche and seldom-seen content. The newbie streamer also inked deals with two of the biggest over-the-top platforms — Roku and Amazon Fire TV — earlier this year.
